Aim of the workshop: To explore recent developments in decolonial thinking on Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on migration, particularly across race, gender, sexuality and class.

This workshop aims to focus on how integrated territorial development has fared during this period for the CP as well as promoting synergies with other EU Policy and the overall process of European integration. We invite you to submit an abstract of up to 500 words summarising your research and clearly outlining its originality and contribution to the scholarly and/or policy debates. Welcome to join the first online seminar of the Gender and Regional Studies network of the Regional Studies Association. In this session, we will be discussing the gendered and spatial aspects of working from home with Dr. Darja Reuschke who will present on the subject of home working during COVID-19, and Dr. Elizabeth Wagemann along with Dr. Beth Simons and Victoria Maynard.

This 2-day workshop aims to bring together a global audience of academics, industry practitioners and regulators to take stock of emerging, evolving and maturing geographies of financial technology (FinTech).

The Regional Studies Association’s Research Network on Infrastructural Regionalism (NOIR) is convening three online (Zoom) workshops to showcase empirical and conceptual research at the intersection of water governance, infrastructure, and regionalism.

This workshop aims to explore the intersections between two related bodies of literature: polycentric urban regions (PURs) and network approaches to the analysis of regional urban systems.

These special sessions will formally launch the RSA Research Network on Infrastructural Regionalisms (NOIR).

We are keen to attract papers which offer new insights into the effectiveness of the polycentric regional development model in general, and a particular focus on the planning and governance of PURs.
