Victoria supports the RSA’s financial and operational functions by processing invoices, grants, and expense claims, assisting with purchase ledger tasks, bank and credit card reconciliations, audit preparation, VAT compliance, and Charity Commission filings. She also manages health and safety compliance, including staff training, DSE assessments, insurance, and data protection, while handling HR administration such as onboarding, payroll changes, and absence records. Additionally, Victoria oversees office management and assists the IT Manager with licensing and IT coordination.
Victoria’s career began in administration and management roles at recording studios and IPC Media in London. After relocating to Sussex in 2000, she worked as a Database Administrator for Quadrant Subscription Services, supporting subscription fulfilment. Following a career break to raise her family, she completed AAT qualifications and has since held finance assistant roles across tech, marketing, and recruitment sectors, bringing valuable finance and operational experience to her role at the RSA.
