The Graduate Institute of National Development’s “China and East Asia Studies” subdivision at National Taiwan University invites applications for a full-time faculty position beginning August 2026.
‧ Position: Assistant Professor (tenure-track) or Associate Professor
‧ Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in the social sciences or humanities.
‧ Areas of Specialization: Applicants with expertise in one or more of the following fields are preferred:
– China Studies
– East Asian Culture Studies
– Development Studies
– Technology Policy and Governance
– Interdisciplinary scholars, quantitative methodologists, and those who can teach in English, are especially encouraged to apply
