We are recruiting two postdoctoral researchers in Economic Geography, Innovation and Territorial Politics for a 3-year period at the Centre for Innovation Research, University of Stavanger.
Have you recently finished or are you soon finishing your PhD in human or economic geography, political science, innovation studies or transition studies? If so, these positions could be for you.
One position sits at the intersection of economic geography and political science. It will apply evolutionary methods to study political competition and regional politics.
The other position will study the geographies of futures, examining the role of narratives and imaginaries in creating regional futures. It will analyse why regions imagine different futures and how the future is negotiated and contested between regional actors.
