The Transport Studies Unit (TSU) at the University of Oxford is seeking to appoint a Senior Research Associate to strengthen its research capability in the quantitative analysis of transport equity and justice. The postholder will contribute to the TSU’s internationally recognised research on urban transport and mobilities across the global North and South.
Candidates should hold a relevant PhD/DPhil with postdoctoral research experience, hold expertise regarding transport equity and justice, demonstrate a strong publication record, and have experience of research funding applications and collaborative working.
This post is fixed term for 3 years and offered on a full-time basis (1 FTE / 37.5 hours). The role is available to start from 1 September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
