The Society of Fellows<https://www.dartmouth.edu/sof/> at Dartmouth College invites applications for two-year postdoctoral fellowships. These fellowships foster the academic careers of scholars who have recently received their Ph.D. degrees. Fellows pursue their research while gaining mentored experience as teachers and members of the departments or programs in which they are housed. For the 2026-2028 cohort, we seek candidates for a fellowship in the Department of Geography<http://geography.dartmouth.edu/>, with specialization in critical human geography. This position will complement and augment the Department’s strengths in Black geographies, urban geographies, feminist geographies, political ecology, climate science, and the geospatial sciences. Applicants must hold a PhD, or be ABD, in a relevant discipline, with degree conferred between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2026.
