Join the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as they launch their 2026 Areas of Research Interest (ARIs).
Tuesday 6th October, 3 – 4pm BST
Are you an academic working in economics, employment, skills, pensions or other related disciplines or a knowledge mobiliser in the work and pensions space? This is your chance to hear about DWP’s most pressing evidence needs this year – and how you can help answer them.
Come along to learn about:
- The department’s priority evidence needs
- How the ARIs were developed
- The role evidence plays in shaping DWP’s policy, services and future thinking
- How you can get involved through workshops, placements, secondments and more
There will also be a chance for you to ask your questions to Catherine Hutchinson, Chief Analyst and Chief Scientific Adviser at DWP, and the rest of the DWP and UPEN team.
