With the course taking place from 28 September to 2 October 2026, we are pleased to offer prospective participants additional time to plan their participation. The programme is designed for professionals wishing to strengthen their expertise in rigorous appraisal methods, deepen their understanding of the evaluation of public investments and policies, and gain hands-on experience in applying Cost–Benefit Analysis to real-world decisions.

- Apply these methods through hands-on exercises and real-life case studies;
- Explore sectoral applications in Transport, Environment, Energy Efficiency, and Research, Development and Innovation (RDI);
- Learn from experts involved in developing European appraisal standards, including the European Commission’s Guide to Cost-Benefit Analysis of Investment Projects and the Economic Appraisal Vademecum;
