This International Women’s Day, the Regional Studies Association Women’s Network is taking a moment to celebrate the incredible community it has built since its founding in 2018. Born out of a shared vision by RSA members, the network has grown into a welcoming space where women working and studying across regional studies and science can collaborate, and support one another, no matter where they are in their career journey.
From in-person gatherings to online workshops, the network brings its international community together in ways that feel meaningful and accessible to all. And the conversation does not stop there as members stay connected year-round through a lively WhatsApp group, where discussions continue to flourish between events.
In June, the RSA Annual Conference will play host to a hybrid Women’s Network workshop, an informal, discussion-led session designed to bring members together in the spirit of shared experience and open dialogue. More details are coming soon, and you can keep updated here.
We also continue to have dynamic discussions on the RSA Women’s Network WhatsApp group. If you would like to find out more about joining this group, please email Alex.
