2026 RSA Annual Conference Session Submissions

We invite proposals for Sessions as part of the 2026 RSA Annual Conference. Organising a session is an excellent opportunity to bring together presenters, spark discussions on a specific topic, and expand your professional network.

📅 Submission Deadline: 8 January 2026

Session Types

We offer two types of sessions:
  1. Open Session – The session organiser proposes a topic and provides a brief description or call for submissions. Delegates interested in the topic can submit an through the portal by choosing the relevant gateway theme.
  2. Closed Session – The session organiser curates a complete session, including all speakers. Unlike open sessions, other delegates cannot submit abstracts for these sessions. Please note that all speakers must register to present.

Both session types are open for all delegates to attend as part of the audience.

What Happens Next?

  • Once your session proposal is accepted, it will be added to the conference webpage and promoted. We also encourage you to share it within your network to attract submissions.
  • A minimum of four abstracts is required for a session to be viable.
  • After the general abstract submission deadline, you will receive all abstracts submitted to your session for review.
  • Once reviewed, you will submit the final selection in the desired order to the RSA. The RSA will then handle the scheduling of the conference programme

We look forward to your proposals and to an engaging and dynamic conference!
