Doctoral Candidate #2: Nature-based solutions to reduce socioeconomic health disparities (NAT4HEALTH)
This project aims to examine how public urban green spaces can promote health equity for disadvantaged groups, identifying types of nature with the most benefits for vulnerable populations and developing guidelines and recommendations for neighbourhood greening.
This 4 year doctoral position would be a great opportunity for someone with a master’s degree in human geography or environmental psychology with an interest in mixed-methods research in the area of greenspace and wellbeing. We would be very grateful if you share it with your master’s students graduating this year.
