Departmental Lecturer in Quantitative Methods, University of Oxford

The Department of Social Policy and Intervention wishes to appoint a full-time Departmental Lecturer in Quantitative Methods. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant research centre and contribute to the continuing growth of teaching and research in comparative social policy and evidence based social intervention and policy evaluation.
The Departmental Lecturer will be involved in teaching, supervision and examining on MPhil and MSc courses, and will contribute to the Methods Hub for MPhil and DPhil students.
You will have a doctorate in a relevant social science discipline, experience of teaching quantitative research methods and statistics. You will also have a track record of, or the clear potential for, publications in highly-ranked, peer-reviewed academic journals and major presses.
This is a fixed-term post for 2 years, starting on 1 April 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter.
