Directorate-General for Regional Policy, European Commission and the Regional Studies Association invited early career researchers in European Regional Policy to present their research in the form of a poster at the 10th OPEN DAYS 2012 European Week of Cities and Regions (8th-11th October 2012).
The 10th OPEN DAYS – European Week of Regions and Cities was held in Brussels. Together with the EU institutions, more than 200 regions and cites contributed to a programme of 100 seminars, workshops, debates, exhibitions and networking opportunities for around 6,000 participants.
Shortlisted finalists were invited to attend OPEN DAYS to showcase research via a poster. Five finalists presented their research at OPEN DAYS in front of approximately 60 participants and the Jury panel which was made up of:
